CEO

Eric Edmondson

As Chief Executive Officer of Pivot Airlines, Mr. Edmondson is responsible for all aspects of safety and compliance, as well as the operational and financial performance of the organization. He sets the company strategy and drives Pivot Airlines’ mission.

Mr. Edmondson is an experienced pilot, having flown professionally for over 20 years in various industry segments, including air ambulance, cargo, corporate and executive charter, as well as airline operations. Mr. Edmondson holds an Airline Transport License and is an approved type A Check Airman. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Air Transport Association of Canada (ATAC). He served on the Board for ten years and accepted additional duties including Chair of the audit committee. 

Mr. Edmondson sits on the COVID-19 Supply Council of Canada, which was introduced on May 3, 2020, by the Honourable Anita Anand, Minister of Public Services and Procurement when she announced the creation of the COVID-19 Supply Council. The Council brings together a diverse group of leaders to provide the government with advice on the procurement of critical goods and services required as part of Canada's COVID-19 response and recovery. He is also an active community volunteer, having coached various youth football and hockey teams over for over 20 years and was an active advisor to several athletic programs throughout Ontario during that time. He was President of the Barrie Women's Hockey Association and was active on the BOD for eight years.

VP, Operations Control

Brock Henderson

Mr. Henderson is responsible for delivering highly efficient operational control and operations coordination for the Pivot Airlines fleet while ensuring seamless oversight and coordination with airports, all crew planning, and scheduling functions.

Mr. Henderson began his career at Air Canada where he gained over 20 years’ experience in System Operations Control, 14 years as Chief Dispatcher. In 2014 he led the Sunwing Airlines Flight Dispatch organization, maintaining strict regulatory compliance while delivering cost savings through an innovative program of optimized aircraft routing. Later joining Air Georgian as Director, Operations Control, he developed a robust System Operations Control Centre including fully scalable automation which significantly contributed to the Airline’s excellent OTP.

Mr. Henderson holds a BSc from the University of Toronto. He is a Certificated Flight Dispatcher and commercial pilot who takes pride in mentoring his team to excel.

VP, Maintenance Operations

Adeeb Haddadi

Mr. Haddadi is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, business development and operation of Pivot Airlines aircraft Maintenance Department, and strategic oversight of Pivot Airlines Base of Operations. He oversees the execution of maintenance activities of the company fleet to ensure the highest efficiency and effectiveness. 

Mr. Haddadi’s career growth at Pivot Airlines has been fueled by his hands-on approach to production and his strong spirit of innovation and process improvement. He has influenced and improved maintenance performance by challenging his colleagues to perform better while enhancing safety and respecting our customer’s interests.

As a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer from Centennial College in Toronto, and an Avionics Specialist who maintains his license (ACA and SCA) on the CRJ series aircraft. Adeeb is well versed in all aspects of Pivot Airlines’ maintenance production and management. Throughout his career at Pivot Airlines, Mr. Haddadi has continually progressed and proven himself by accepting increasing responsibility.

VP, Finance

Oyinkan Obikoya

Ms. Obikoya is responsible for overseeing strategic accounting solutions across all company segments including the internal and external financial reporting, taxation, finance, treasury, audit compliance and internal controls.

 Ms. Obikoya started her career as an auditor and later on a consultant with Deloitte where she served both domestic and global clients in providing audit and financial advisory services across a wide range of industries. Ms. Obikoya joined Binder Capital Corporation in 2013 and has held roles in several of the Holdings within the Corporate Group including her most recent appointment as the Vice President, Finance of Pivot Airlines.

Ms. Obikoya holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan.  In addition to being a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), she is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Chartered Business Valuator. She has taught undergraduate courses in Accounting and Financial Management. She is active within her community and has served as a committee member and/or volunteer for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Saskatchewan and several non-profit organizations including the YWCA.
