Pivot Airlines believes we are not just providing service to communities, but we are part of the communities we serve.
Pivot Provides is at the very core of our belief structure and forms one of our guiding principles: ensure we always give more to our communities than we take.
Pivot Provides in many ways, but our areas of focus are:
1) Pivoters are encouraged to engage in community service by volunteering while being paid* within community-based non-profit organizations and charities that have special meaning to them. *Perescribed maximum annual limits apply.
2) Many non-profit organizations and charities operate with limited budgets yet can have a monumental impact on our communities. Pivot Provides offers In-Kind travel solutions by providing discounts and complimentary confirmed flights within our scheduled service network. In-kind air travel helps non-profits and charities fulfill their community-focused mandates.
3) Pivot Charter Solutions specializes in providing group charters for professional sports teams, leagues and organizations. Pivot Provides knows that those pro dreams start with youth sports. We understand that most youth sports organizations fundraise to attend tournaments and events; Pivot Provides makes getting there a little easier by offering discounts on our scheduled service and charter flights.
Pivot Provides recipients are chosen by a volunteer committee once each calendar quarter. Please provide us with full details of your organization, including your goals and mandates, type of request, important commitment dates and complete contact information. Please note that our volunteers often choose to visit our community-supported partners as part of the review and approval process. Due to the volume of requests we receive, Pivot Provides cannot approve all requests, but our Pivot Provides Committee gives preference to applicants who did not receive support in earlier requests, so please continue to apply.
