While everyone is trying to isolate as much as possible during the current COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that some travel is essential and unavoidable. We have taken steps to heighten the standard of grooming our aircrafts receive following the COVID-19 pandemic.  All aircraft are disinfected using Bioesque following a deep groom at our maintenance base in Toronto.

Disinfectant Procedures

Bioesque is a botanical disinfectant that kills 99.99% of bacteria, fungi, and viruses. The active ingredient in Bioesque is Thymol, it is non-toxic and biodegradable.

Bioesque is applied using an electrostatic sprayer in the form of a mist. The charged particles are attracted to surfaces, and pulled into nooks and crannies allowing the material to reach the backside of surfaces in a way that wouldn’t be achievable with a hand-wiping application.

Crew and Passenger Safety

We also carry the following items onboard the aircraft for the safety of our passengers and our crew. These items can be used to clean and disinfect as necessary in between flights.

• Paper Towel

Physical Distancing

We understand the importance of physical distancing during COVID-19. To keep passengers from being within close proximity of one another, we are limitting our 50-seat aircraft to 39 passengers to allow each passenger the personal space they require to maintain their safety.
